KrakenD joins Shop Circle to accelerate global expansion

KrakenD today announced it has joined Shop Circle, the global AI-driven software group that powers modern enterprises with mission-critical tools, in a strategic move that will accelerate KrakenD’s growth and global reach while preserving its vision, roadmap, and commitment to customers.

Since its creation in 2016, KrakenD has been dedicated to building the fastest, most reliable, and developer-first API Gateway. Today it powers mission-critical infrastructures across government, finance, telecom, healthcare, and Fortune 500 companies, with deployments on millions of servers worldwide.

Under this new chapter, KrakenD will continue to operate independently within the Shop Circle group. Importantly, the entire KrakenD team, including its founders, remains in place and fully committed to executing the existing roadmap, ensuring continuity for customers and the open-source community.
