KrakenD CE 2.13.1 update released

This patch release of KrakenD Community Edition brings an upgrade to the Circuit Breaker component, addressing an undisclosed CVE, plus new audit rules with additional deprecation notices.

More details about the CVE will follow in the future in a dedicated blogpost.
